1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Routique, the digital logistics platform of Patni Transport Services (PTS), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Quote Estimates Only
Any price shown on the quote page is an estimate based on the weight, dimensions, declared value, and destination you provide, along with our standard rate card. This estimate is provided for planning purposes only and does not constitute a final, binding invoice.
3. Final Pricing
Final charges are confirmed only after physical verification of the parcel at pickup, including its actual weight, dimensions, and packaging. Final pricing may differ from the estimated quote due to discrepancies in declared information, pickup location accessibility, or other operational requirements at the time of shipment.
4. Shipment Acceptance
All bookings are subject to acceptance by Patni Transport Services. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any shipment that does not comply with these Terms, contains restricted items, or where the pickup location falls outside our current serviceable network.
5. Restricted Items
The following items must not be booked for shipment through Routique: explosives, firearms, ammunition, and weapons; hazardous, flammable, or toxic chemicals; narcotics and illegal substances; live animals; perishable goods without adequate protective packaging; counterfeit goods; and cash, bullion, or unset precious stones. Patni Transport Services reserves the right to inspect any parcel suspected of containing restricted items and to refuse shipment without liability.
6. Liability
Our liability for any loss or damage to a shipment is limited to the declared value provided by you at the time of booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business or profits. Liability does not extend to items shipped in violation of the Restricted Items clause above, or to delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government action.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking before pickup has been scheduled or dispatched at no charge. Cancellations requested after a pickup has been assigned or completed may be subject to applicable charges. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Routique or the services of Patni Transport Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mandsaur and Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
