Routique operates exclusively through Patni Transport Services (PTS. Every shipment booked through this platform is picked up, transported, and delivered by PTS, there is no marketplace of unverified couriers behind the scenes.

The long-term plan is to expand pickup operations beyond Mandsaur by gradually adding new origin cities across India. As our network grows, customers will be able to book shipments from multiple locations while continuing to enjoy nationwide delivery through the same unified Routique experience.
