Routique connects businesses in Tier-2 and Tier-3 India to reliable last-mile logistics, starting with Patni Transport Services, an official DP World franchise.
Routique operates today exclusively through Patni Transport Services (PTS), an official DP World franchise. Every shipment booked through this platform is picked up, transported, and delivered by PTS — there is no marketplace of unverified couriers behind the scenes.
The long-term plan is to bring additional national courier partners — DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Safexpress, TCI, and Mahindra Logistics among them — onto the platform, but only once a formal partnership agreement is signed with each. No courier is ever added without that permission, and the platform is built so that onboarding a new partner doesn't require rebuilding the product.
