When you use Routique to request a quote, book a shipment, or create an account, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery addresses, and login credentials. We also collect information you provide when contacting our support team.
2. Shipment Information
To generate quotes and process bookings, we collect shipment-specific details including parcel weight, dimensions, declared value, category, fragility status, pickup and delivery pincodes, and delivery city. This information is used solely to calculate freight charges, assign the correct operational cluster, and fulfil your shipment.
3. Cookies
Routique uses essential cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in, remember your session, and ensure the platform functions correctly. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. Session-based data (such as a quote you have generated) is stored temporarily in your browser and expires automatically after 24 hours.
4. Data Storage
Your account and booking data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed cloud database provider. Access to this data is restricted through row-level security policies, ensuring that each customer can only view their own bookings and shipment history. Administrative access is limited to authorised Patni Transport Services personnel.
5. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Login credentials are managed and encrypted by Supabase Authentication. While we work to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate Routique, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Telegram for internal booking notifications to our operations team. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services to us and are not authorised to use your information for any other purpose.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or correct your personal information at any time through your account dashboard. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any legal or operational record-keeping requirements we are obligated to follow.
